Greenhouse Design Principle
Greenhouses made by our company are resistant to corrosion and rust, are strong and durable in accordance with international quality standards. All details are taken into account to ensure ideal climate conditions and comfort in greenhouses for the production of healthy crops. The design of greenhouses complies with the standards of the European Standard TS EN 13031-1A15, which defines the rules for the design, structure and construction of the greenhouse. The basis of our greenhouses are metal frame structures that provide stability and durability. Frame parts are galvanized and not subject to corrosion. All equipment and components for the construction of greenhouses are made in Turkey and Europe and meet international quality and safety standards.

Greenhouse Irrigation System
The irrigation system of greenhouses is designed depending on the type of crop that is supposed to be grown in it. In our greenhouses, irrigation can be drip and rain type, depending on the type of crop grown, also, at the same time as irrigation, liquid fertilizers and insecticides can be applied. The irrigation system is fully automatic and is regulated by the time and volume of irrigation using computer programs.

Ventilation system
The ventilation system of the greenhouse, in addition to in-line electric fans, provides for the opening of transoms in all spans of the greenhouse. The area of ventilation openings is up to 25% of the area of the roof fencing. Such an area of ventilation openings allows air to enter the greenhouses to maintain optimal temperature parameters during periods with excessive solar radiation. Opening can be carried out automatically and remotely. The angle of the air vents and the area of the ventilation opening are regulated depending on the air temperature, wind speed and precipitation.

Heating system
The heating system (heating) of the greenhouse is developed and completed according to the original technical requirements of the customer, taking into account the parameters of the coolant, space-planning decisions and the technological layout of the equipment. Modes of heat consumption are determined by the technological purpose of consumers. Compensation of heat losses of the greenhouse is made by the systems of the lower, upper sub-channel and zone water pipe heating. To maintain the required air temperature parameters in the greenhouse, control units for heating systems are manufactured and supplied. Each node of the greenhouse heating system serves one zone of greenhouses and operates in an autonomous independent control mode, providing the same required microclimate parameters.
